Fighter Pilot Breaks Down the Recently Released J-10 ACM Video

The "stolen" logic is american, calling chinese achievements as stolen. I applied the same logic to them and turns out arguments of them stealing is stronger. Study how during crusades the west stole books and knowledge, if u get time.
Now ur right, using the word "adopted", its not same as stolen. Countries try not to reinvent the wheel and thus adopt, improve and buildup on other work. I agree with u and how u explain americans worked to improve and enhance, the americans should also realize this about china and stop painting their every achievement as stolen.
Hmm.

WE can agree on this.

My point is to give credit to any nation where due.

Operation paperclip happened in 1945.

The British provided the concept of radar systems and electronic warfare (Engima Code) before that - basis of military applications since.

The Americans provided the concept of aircraft and related sciences before that - basis of military applications since.

There must be a reason why the Americans had advantage over the Germans in Air and Sea, if not on Land.

The Americans provided the concept of nuclear weapons - basis of deterrence since.

The Americans provided the concept of computing - basis of military applications and much more in the future.

The Germans provided the concept of submarine, missile, and helicopter. And there are American extrapolations of these concepts in later years.

The Soviets provided the concept of satellite - basis of military applications since.

Misconception.

An American physicist was the founding father of nuclear program and much related.

See above.

Allied Forces did not manage to defeat Germans with "nothing." They made ground-breaking inventions and put them to good use for the needful.

Just the Enigma Code was a development of incredible significance. This was a breakthrough which helped turn the tide of war against the Wehrmacht because German communications could be intercepted and understood.

Not the Stalingrad propaganda.
Correct. It's actually a shame the Brits don't get enough credit. They were really the bigger superpower going into the War.

Yes Einstein was american, bravo!
His equation was meaningful but do you think any country can build a nuclear weapon with just this part of knowledge?

Although he never worked directly on the atomic bomb, Einstein is often incorrectly associated with the advent of nuclear weapons. His famous equation E=mc2 explains the energy released in an atomic bomb but doesn't explain how to build one. He repeatedly reminded people, "I do not consider myself the father of the release of atomic energy. My part in it was quite indirect." - AMNH

The lesser known fact is that Americans declared him a security risk and refused to allow him to work for the Manhatten Project in any capacity.

American physicist Julius Robert Oppenheimer is the man...

Half-baked narratives should never be endorsed and parroted around. They are a bane to one's 'general knowledge' and a society's grasp of global facts by extension.

Most of the basis of military stuff US enjoys today is because of stolen german stuff.......

B2 is a copy of German 229

I like this guy's channel and his analysis but this time he used derogatory comments against the Chinese

The dudes working at the US's biggest defence companies are probably Chinese.

It's a very common notion by Americans that the Chinese are not capable of innovation and are masters at copying the West/US.

Amplified by Trumpism.

This is definitely apparent in this CW Lemoine video.

I'm a fan and all of his channel.

But it is what it is.

The Chinese video itself is awkward and not really usefully illustrative of anything as he states in his video.

As for American know how.....at the very least you can make the arguement that the early US space program/missile programs was indebted heavily to Germany.

But yes, later on the US ran with it.

Exactly.

Besides Wernher Von Braun of V-2 Rocket fame, who single-handedly built the Apollo space program. He was the father of the US Rocket program who trained most of the NASA folks.

Not talking about abstract concepts or generalities, but facts.

Don't forget early jet fighters that were modified and improved with about 88 Nazi scientists who were secretly given asylum and work in the US after 1945.

The FJ-1 Fury looked as clumsy as this around 1944 (left), now look at the FJ-2 about eight years later in 1952 (right). This is after Nazi scientists started working for North American Aviation.

FJ-1_FJ-2_NAN5-52.jpg

Light years of difference in design. Many attribute the design changes to Nazi scientists from Germany. The FJ-2 was further developed into the F-86 Sabre and Canadair Sabre variants, later given to PAF as surplus.

The design changes can be traced back to Nazi airplanes in development at the end of WWII, one of which is very similar to the F-86 design, the Focke Wulf Ta-183 'Huckebein"; whose influence in the redesign of FJ-2, FJ-4 and F-86 is clear. These are well-known facts, no debate on these subjects. Many other aerospace examples exist, and living in LA, which is an aerospace town, yours truly has attended many symposia and meetings where such facts were essentially corroborated.

Here is the F-86 Sabre developed in mid to late 50's in the US...

Here is the Focke Wulf Ta-183 'Huckebein" developed in the mid 40's in Nazi Germany. However I don't believe it went beyond the mock-up stage because of shortage of materials and allied bombing.

Read the story - which is just the tip of the iceberg.
