no there lot of tech isn't available on these 4.5th/4++ jets like stealth shaping, interior weapons bays, sensors fusion like 5th gen and most 4.5th/4++ design is not latest designs but modified 4th gen jets to 4.5th/4++ gen jet for reduced RCS @undertakerwwefan

Yes they are all fifth gen. Early batches of F-18 E / F introduced in 1999 had mechanical radar. Only from 2005 onward when F-22A and F-18 E / F Block 2 were introduced they have AESA.
