Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam F Maulana Fazlur Rahman saying that there is no chance of the elections being delayed added that like everyone else he also wishes to prime minister because "we don't participate in the elections for nothing'.

Talking to media in Lahore after offering condolence over death of Bilal Mir Fazl said that though federal government too is responsible for lawlessness in Balochistan province only the provincial government is being chosen to bear the brunt.

He further said that political parties abolished 58 2 B to rid the role of army and president but now if the courts have to make or break governments than the people should be asked to sit at home.

Calling MMA an effective alliance of religious parties Fazl said that he wants to let Jamaat-e-Islami joing MMA but it should not try to pose as if its essential for the MMA.
