Does Chanakaya state crafts, the deceit and deception which India follows also states that 'put all the energy, efforts, contacts and do liaison with others and fail the enemy country in some aspects...a perceived failure of an enemy is a success(sham it might be) of the other.

Chanakaya is one reason India has no strategic friendly country like China and Turkey is for Pakistan...

India is good in diplomacy....read duplicity.

The problem is that the 'charitable organizations' are run by a different set of people (not by Azhar or Hafiz Saeed or 'militants'), who actually do a decent job of delivering services (disaster relief, madrassa's etc) under the ambit of these organizations. The organization gets banned, but the individuals that are actually responsible for the day to day operations of these organizations are neither militants nor involved in any violent activities. They do have loyalty towards the 'parent organization and leadership', but they have committed no crime.

So when an organization gets banned, theoretically there's nothing stopping the 'non criminal management' to create a new organization, retain their contacts, start fund raising under the new name and build up again. It's not like they're going to register the new organizations in the name of Azhar or Hafiz Saeed. That's the complicated part of this - it's like playing wack a mole.

"The global watchdog, however, urged Pakistan to show sanctions being applied on money laundering and terrorism financing" This seems to be the key I guess. I don't think most of these organizations collect money through banks

ISLAMABAD - FATF rejects Indian bid to blacklist Pakistan over terror financing he Financial Task Force (FATF) has recognized Pakistan’s efforts in curbing money laundering and terror financing.

FATF said on Friday that Pakistan had taken laudable steps towards countering financing of terrorism (CFT) and anti-money laundering (AML) regime. It vowed to work in collaboration with Pakistan to curb such activities in the future.

Pakistan is currently taking legal and strategic steps to get off the FATF’s greylist and improve its trade and foreign investment.

The recent FATF meeting brought another success for Pakistan on the diplomatic front as the financial watchdog turned down India’s efforts to place Pakistan on the blacklist for ‘harbouring and patronizing terrorism.’

The international body accepted that since mid-2018, Pakistan had taken steps to improve its AML and CFT regime and has operationalized the integrated database for its currency declaration.

FATF noted that Pakistan has revised its terror financing (TF) risk assessment but “did not demonstrate a proper understanding of the TF risks posed by Da’esh, al Qaeda, Jamat-ut-Dawa (JuD), Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FiF), Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), Haqqani Network and persons affiliated with the Taliban.”

Note that the government banned JuD and FiF on Thursday during a high-level National Security Committee (NSC) meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan in the chair.

The global watchdog, however, urged Pakistan to show sanctions being applied on money laundering and terrorism financing.

“Given the limited progress on action plan items due in January 2019, the FATF urges Pakistan to swiftly complete its action plan, particularly those with timelines of May 2019,” it concluded.

Lastly, I was reading that India is preparing a dossier against Pakistan to submit before FATF? which doesn't work, it seems.
And pooos went their balloon

Then good luck with FATA, India has no role to play. Pakistan proving breeding ground. Unless it change itself away and control these guys

What does this have to do with FATA?

With respect to 'breeding grounds', that would apply to training centers for militants etc. That's been the gist of Pakistan's objections to Indian allegations - there is no evidence, so far, that the Pulwama attacker was trained in Pakistan or received funds and/or materials in/from Pakistan.

You are breeding "terrorist" through oppression, and when it comes back to bite you, you turn and blame Pakistan. Keep this up and terrorsim will only increase, or own up and sort your own house out.

It’s “we successfully defended Lahore” all over again. Please focus- you are trying to get off the gray list.

Let’s face it, one more terror attack and you are embracing black list

At the end of the day Chanakaya witch crafts can hit the home base too!!! For example, at the time of the attack from Aybek under Ghori, Prithiraj had to face the Muslim forces alone although there were two other strong neighboring Hindu kingdoms!!! They were busy spelling Chanakaya witch crafts on one another...
