I live in the city, there were days when we would thank god as not many people had been a victim or target killing. 20 people per day was a normal thing. As i said before we need to go after the big fishes. These killings and disturbing law and order situation actually acts as a fuel to them.

And since PSP is getting Rangers support, did the LEA kill Amjad Sabro or help in in assassination? So sad and heartbreaking. I saw his oldest son on tv, couldn't be more than 12, crying and totally distraught.....and his daughters, around the same age looking absolutely hurt and crying. I can't get the images out of my head.

امجد صابری کی نماز جنازہ میں شرکت کے لیے عوام کی بڑی تعداد لیاقت آباد پہنچی
پاکستان کے شہر کراچی میں ہدف بنا کر قتل کیے جانے والے معروف قوال امجد صابری کو سپردِ خاک کر دیا گیا ہے اور ان کی نماز جنازہ میں مردوں کے علاوہ خواتین کی بڑی تعداد نے بھی شرکت کی ہے۔

امجد صابری بدھ کی شام کراچی کے مصروف علاقے لیاقت آباد میں موٹر سائیکل پر سوار دو نامعلوم مسلح افراد کی گولیوں کا نشانہ بنے تھے۔


امجد صابری کی نماز جنازہ جمعرات کی دوپہر لیاقت آباد میں ہی ادا کی گئی ہے جس میں شرکت کے لیے عوام کی بڑی تعداد مقررہ مقام پر پہنچی۔

نامہ نگار ریاض سہیل کے مطابق نمازِ جنازہ میں روایت کے برعکس خواتین بھی شریک ہوئیں۔ اس موقع پر پورے علاقے میں سیاہ پرچم لگائے گئے تھے۔

نمازِ جنازہ کے بعد امجد صابری کو پاپوش نگر کے قبرستان میں ان کے والد مشہور قوال غلام فرید صابری کے پہلو میں سپردِ خاک کر دیا گیا۔

ان کا کہنا تھا کہ امجد صابری پر حملہ کرنے والے درندوں سے بھی زیادہ گئے گزرے ہیں اور اس وقت جنرل راحیل شریف پر بہت بڑی ذمہ داری ہے، وہ ان سے گذارش کرتے ہیں کہ وہ فوری ایکشن لیں۔

امجد صابری کی ہلاکت کی ملک میں ہر سطح پر مذمت کرتے ہوئے انھیں خراج عقیدت پیش کیا جا رہا ہے اور لیاقت آباد میں مقتول قوال کی رہائش گاہ کے باہر ان کے چاہنے والوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد موجود ہے۔

امجد صابری کا شمار پاکستان مایہ ناز قوالوں میں ہوتا تھا۔ وہ مشہور قوال غلام فرید صابری کے بیٹے تھے اور ان دنوں ایک نجی چینل کی رمضان نشریات سے وابستہ تھے۔

Our military never involved first, it was your political leaders whom never delivered Pak so military had no idea except to interfere whether directly or indirectly. People respect military more here because it was our military who always delivered us.
