There's another problem. Courts have been influenced by the military junta. Ayub Khan and his bandwagon used Justice Munir etc. Zia played with courts, Musharraf humped it. General sahib has always used it to serve their purpose. Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui is one of a few persons who apparently don't bow to the heavy boots.
