Israeli systems were developed from US technologies and US tech is still consider one of the best and that is why you guys purchased F35 otherwise you are free to use F16(again US tech) for next 100 years. Israel progress well in Avionics but US still have many good stuff. Nationalism is good thing but don't make it your weakness. No further reply from me now.

As from the comment above, we're using american made engines, and radars with some cooperation with Elta.
