What's new

Failed coup general Hafter is looking for an exit after heavily defeated in southern Tripoli.

If you say so...

Why don’t you calculate the distance the missile must travel to catch the drone when It is flying 35/40000ft altitude and SOM-J anti-ship cruise missile payload ? That is not a rocket science. What you do not get is that Akinci is not a classic drone carrying Hellfire like missiles with 8km range. We are talking about SOM-J with 280km range, KGK with 120km range, KGK-ER with ~450km range.

Why do you call them all trash ? All of them has a target and Turkish Army has reached the targets envisaged. At present, The locations Turkish Army performed those operations are like Turkish cities that population in there living with a pleasure under the safe flag of Turkiye. Today, We are just trying to enlarge the lands to be controlled by Turkiye so convincing US with using some cards. Although we can not equal to “mighty” Iraqi army that performed a most intense urban battle since WW1 after running from enemy, we will try to clear those places. At least, Iraqi army realized How shameful situation they have falled with introducing their incompetence against ISIS and suddenly transformed into a beast army which is specialized for urban warfare tactics with a light sent by God and you destroyed whole city to call it succeas. Lol!

What's the name of that tiny town in Turkey that PKK took over in 2016, then TSK artillery burnt it entirely and you want to act like you do things better lol. The PKK is a joke compared to IS to start with, I am not sure what you want to achieve by continuously bringing Iraq into the picture. Iraq has been through continuous wars since the 1980's, including against the US superpower with many sanctions. Then a disbanded army and one that was rebuilt during heavy insurgencies led by a political body that is corrupt and far more fragile than anything you've encountered in your gov. But they conventionally defeated IS, a tough enemy regardless which is indeed a success.

Whatever the Turkish army does makes no difference when it comes to the PKK, your gov policy enabled Kurdistan for decades. It's just that some conscripts die every now and then to contain the situation in N.Iraq, it's not a solution. You're too proud of operating in countries which the US attacked, Iraq, Syria, Libya these are all weakened by decades of American intervention. All Turkey does is no different than some other state actors, intervene and jump around whilst there is chaos. General Saddam would have gassed Ankara to start with, not saying he was good or had good leadership I'm just showing you how your pride rests on interventions that are possible because of the entity (US) that supports Kurdistan.

Soon you will sing biji biji on the mountain if you don't change your policy

you feel proud of killing woman and kids? those doesnt have a weapon?
do you even understand that if there wouldnt be Turkey alive, you would be a slave now by Americans probably...
Those who killed a million of you and you have no ball to talk about.. thats who double face some of you

destoying the whole city down and you call it an operation?
did you watch the BBC video when you created the safe zone for ISIS members to get away from there?
i wonder if ISIS members left, whom did you bomb there?

America is the great satan and Turkey helped America in the 1991 and 2003 war, together with a few other American client states such as Jordan and Kuwait that is.

Don't see how Turkey saved me in any way.. Not sure what you're on about. I wouldn't mind if America wasn't around in the region, it's your Kemalist Greek wannabe western generals that were obsessed with NATO.

Do you understand that it was Turkey who didnt let America to use its land against irag in 2003 and against a country that is hundreds time more powerful than itself... just imagine Turkey wa in a situation that was asking for IMF for few billion dollar and whole economy was depend on it...
i understand your anger, but todays Turkey is not the same as in 2003..

1991, Incirlik used by B-52 bombers, F-15's and other aircraft.
1991-2003 northern no-fly zone enforcement was maintained mainly through the use of Incirlik.
2003 - US army paratroopers dropped in Northern Iraq, taking off from Incirlik.

There is no anger, I am just saying Erdogan talks more than he actually does when it comes to the US. They are building a Kurdistan and Erdogan has not only remained silent, he paved the way for this project with his policies. Saddam did many bad things, but America remains great Satan in the Middle East.

Now as for Libya, its neighbour Egypt could change that entire situation if they wanted and Turkey would lose all their progress over there so save me this story as if Turkey is beating up the UAE.

Turkey couldnt send a couple of helicopters to save its own Turkish people from a massacre in Azerbaijan in 1991, do you think it could change anything in Irag against USA?
Irag helped PKK against Turkey which killed 40000 people, should we also take revenge? if we do, you will be the one loser at the end.. even the water comes to your country from Turkey...
where were all other muslim countries? what can we do if you are stupid enough to attack another country (Kuwait) and then all the world come to save it? you want Turkey to go against international law?
stupid people never saw their own problem, always blame others. thats the difference...
You attacked Iran for 8 years, 1 million died, so Iran shouldnt help you anymore? why do you have good relations now?
you one word doesnt match the other one

This is hilarious :D :D :D

Although Khalifa Haftar has a strong anti-Turkish stance, his media department has published a new promo video of his militia, in which the Turkish military song "Türküm" (I am Turk) runs in the background.

Hahaha :omghaha: Saudi camp is getting their bottoms spanked by Turkey in every sphere.

The drones are based usually in Libya itself... UAE can easily step on Wing Loong strikes on targets inside of Libya as it has previously done.

You won't do shit lol. You actually think anybody in the Mediterranean would let you do that?

Who's phallus you gonna gulp on to get them to stop Turkey? LMAO!

Libya is a standstill for now but Haftar is ahead regardless. He has access to all oil fields in Libya. I wouldn't really say Turkey is winning, or losing.

The UN Back holds only a small portion and Tripoli under their control. BTW, the current UN back Tripoli government are nothing good either. They are vote to go out becos of massive corruption but refused to do so. They wouldn't last long as long as most people go against them.

LNA has 1 million BPD capacity (If not more). They will make UN recognized gov very poor in the long run if money is put into Haftar occupied cities and developed. Thank you China for selling UAE those drones. I hope in the future if LNA gov is formally established they can buy more more military equipment from China (hopefully fighter jets, and SAMs)

Libya's population density is in western cities. The largest city is Tripoli and the Ottoman cultural center is Misrata. Misrata is the 3rd largest city in the country. Arabs of Turkish origin also live mainly between Sirte and Misrata.

96% or %97 of Libya is desert. More than 90% of the country's land is unsuitable for life and has no population.

The following map shows the current situation on 17 October. Outside Benghazi, the largest and most important cities still in the hands of the National government. Daesh holds oil fields. The desert and the villages are in the hands of "failed coup-general" Hafter, with Benghazi. the border of Niger and south east Algeria are currently under the control of the Tuareg tribe.

I wanted to give you a little information note because a jerk who doesn't have any historical or geographic information about the country has written nonsense above.

Where did you get this map from? This goes against pretty much all trusted sources including Liveuamap.com
In a purely economical standpoint, Haftar will make a lot of money because the oil he is exporting whereas GNA has no oil fields I know of.

Map isnt working to paste but here is the link.

It looks nothing like the pro-Turkish map you posted.

IMO, Haftar could run a lot of the country from Benghazi population workforce(1.6 million) which is second biggest in Libya. Also, Misrata population is only 300k. I'm 99% all of Haftar controlled territory population is larger than GNA controlled territory population.

The map you shared is out of date. It seems that you never followed the developments in Libya. Hafter forces lost many lines after the Tripoli attack resulted in a fiasco.

MEPA is the institution that conducts one of the highest accuracy fieldwork on Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya and Syria , from many years. Anonymous moderators such as Liveumap or open library work such as wikipedia are not a reference in this area. Although subject to moderation manipulations, liveuamap is slightly more up-to-date than wikimedia data. However, it collects all the field information from twitter.
