Every new technology has its issues at the start ...

F35 might have quality issues but it has much more advance sensors than J20 whereas SU57 is a failled project

F-35 sensor fusion is far superior then J20 ... China might catchup in US in 10 years time but remember no body can beat experience... China has almost no battle experience and thats why they depend on Pakistan to test their equipment in real threat environment ... Currently no one can beat US in battle experience and their systems are optimized for that ...

However, US forces are also getting bit rusty as they have not fought any war with a considerable power since few decades but still they are flying stealth fighter since more than 3 decades whereas China is just testing them so F35 has overcome alot of technical challenges that were faced by F22 or F111 and therefore they have better strategies and tactics

russia has great experience as they fought world wars and also afghan war and now currently are testing their weapons in real combat in Syria so su57 is challenging to u.s f35 .China is testing its weapons in simulated environments but not want to fight war as their main focus is on economy and are fighting a tradewar with u.s but they can give surprise in real war as no one know their exact capability .su57 is not failed project and russia has ordered 76 su57 for serial production ,certain deficiencies are present in every weapon but it not makes them complete failure.With tough economic conditions due to u.s sanctions russia is performing well in defense and has very low corruption in this industry unlike u.s whose defense industry has alot of corruption

You do realise that both these aircrafts are not tested at all outside of their home airspace and much info is available publicly.
There is no way to verify that they are free of any problems. But its safe to assume that if LM which also developed F22, which still is the best fighter, is having all these problems with F35, Russia and China are still new to the 5th gen stealth game and cannot evade the issues easily. Also if these 2 programs are going so well, why did China order additional SU 35? Clearly development is nowhere near satisfactory, otherwise they would have inducted J20 instead. Why is Russia acquiring additional Su 35s and Migs?

u.s also maintains old jets like f16,f15 and f18 in addition to stealth fighters as they are more cost effective and you not need 5th gen jet in every attack that is why china and russia are also acquiring more 4 gen jets and also russia sales them to other countries so they require new to replace old ones

Su-57 is Sukhoi's best offering at the moment but not a true 5th generation VLO design, not equipped to challenge F-35 in aerial engagements in any capacity.

Yeah but the difference is that USA is acquiring them to complement their stealth fleet, whereas China and Russia are acquiring fourth gen as lead fighters in place of 5th gen.
Russia placed order of just 8 SU57 aircrafts and China hasn't formally ordered either of J20 and J31.

Notice it said the structure issue applies to the B and C models. This won’t affect the vast majority of buyers as they will be getting the A model.

Yes thats probably due to VTOL. I feel that VTOL is a bad idea specially is same deeign was to be used ... fighter aircraf5s are so comolex that using similar airframe design for three entierly different engines must have alot of cons

Or it was solved in the A model and the B and C models are simply a lower priority. Seems a couple of these issues don’t affect the A model (VTOL issues, carrier landing issues) so they have been made a lower priority to fix.
