F35 for India, will this change the whole story

well!!!!! It can be posiible. If we look at indo-US relation, where US want India at par with China than it can be posible. India can get F -35, but i have doubt?

it's quit impossible or atleast it's not going to happen in next 10 -15 years but we don't have to worry much about this case...

Anyway the ultimate response to your question is J-XX, the chinese 5th generation plane which is under development now.

By the time India gets F35 others countries will also have fifth Generation Fighters.Also USA might offer it to Pakistan as well if India gets fifth genetaion fighter from some other country.(US Counter Balance Policy)

dude only limited number of F22 and F35 allocated for NATO member. Even F35 project is cut down. Senate approve only around 100 F35. So, just forget it . Boeing is working on F18s instead,

well lets take that it does happens so i guess pakistan will shift its Air Defence policy from Aircraft to Airdefence as we already know pakistan has purchased and tested the Vera system which can easily detect any stealth air craft so pakistan will buy a very good long range air defence SAM could be chinese Ft2000 or American Pac 3 as it will wait for JXX or the new version of Rafele , all this is hypothetical talk so just saying

india will never get jsf in there current mrca requirement as one of the main condition is Full TOT which i seriously doubt that America will be happy to give for jsf

well u are correct but if u remember UK harbargained this piece for TOT...but that took lot of efforts...if i am remembering rightly..correct me if there is any latest update on this

yes you are right but there is a lot of difference in uk and india and then Uk is one country which can get any Us tech because most of the time they would be working in developing it .. eg f 35 tomhawk ,Apachi longbow and trident and loads more so i think the case for india will still remain same ! i hope so !
