See, by the end of the forecast period BD per capita growth will be 1% more than India as BD has slightly lower population growth.

There is no way that BD will not catch and surpass India in per capita GDP within 10 years at most - in fact it will probably happen sooner as the IMF has a habit of undersestimating BD growth by 0.5-1% a year and overestimating India by the same amount.
