It all depends on what kind of cloud Modi was talking about. If it's ordinary cloud, then no, they cannot help hide aircrafts. But if it's Vedic cloud, that's an entirely different matter. India has the ancient technology that can transform ordinary clouds into Vedic clouds, thereby imbuing them with incredible properties that Western science cannot yet explain.
