Mig 21's operational with IAF there presents a stark reality check for India.
 
I love Mig-21s, it is one of my long term goal to privately own a Mig-21s. :)
 
Mig 21s even if they are old looks awesome perhaps with a design which is no more used nowadays. Even Jags looks formidable wih a very "serious" attitude design.

When you see such contrasting beauties and then see the behemoth MKI you can see the progress made in technological terms and flanker design itself having a nice different approach.

BTW i donk know why i see the nose of Mig21s and a Brahmos missile too similar in nature.. Either way both are potent platforms. The so called "flying coffin" in an experienced hands can make even veterans p*ss in their pants when engaging... just only one downside is its very unforgiving bird.. it requires far more human concentration than later generation birds which for a experienced 21 pilot feels more like joystick videogame..(of course by their standards)
