hearing of petition .... which was decided to be heard by SC on next day of submission but the petitioner went missing without informing the court about his intentions officially, so court was bound to listen the case on the first hearing ....

Now the issue is many people in media are making comments on the basis of their emotions not on the basis of legal consideration .....

What Legal Consideration? all this fuzz created by SC itself in first place. Khosa sahab is not a child nor he is noob in term of laws. He doesn't know that there is no law exists regarding this in article? What is staff? he doesn't know.

Okay sir that's my opinion just one question. Govt took 4 notification and all was rejected by court? It' s like

In the end khosa saying oh look there is no law so make one. Sir, in such cases practice should be followed which were followed before so if this notification is not enough then all previous extension should be come to justice. What is this a banana republic where one day law is different for one judge then 2nd day law is different other judge and then result differs in both judges.

this exactly what happened today in past government was not even following the past customary practice rightly as pointed out before and the latest Draft of notification is not rejected by SC but send back for rectification you can say it was vet by SC, btw the draft which was submitted today was giving some absurd details like reference of SC which SC ask to remove as SC has no authority to appoint or grant extension to Army Chief neither want to set any precedence, detail of Army Chief perks and privileges, there is no need to public it and some other unnecessary details were asked to removed .....

The biggest thing is that SC has grant 6 month time to Government to make a Law dealing with matters highlighted by SC .....

What if this notification approve and then later new CJ come and say do this and that.

Yesterday question was asked by CJ that they don't have any clue about laws so what were they doing in the court for all these many years and so many extensions at least one has little knowledge about the law as a CJ regarding things.

No SC can entertain petitions not the High court as previously happened High courts rejected such applications/petitions about Gen. Kiyani.

This is the first time someone file a petition in SC

What if this notification approve and then later new CJ come and say do this and that.

No this will not happen as SC decisions are held as precedence .... could not be revisited in normal circumstances

Villan is GOVT. Serve the purpose.

Actual Villain is Bureaucracy of Law Ministry and Defence Ministry and those Bureaucrats who are siting in Prime Minister House, but they are not accused for this unwanted event in our political history as they are not at the front and visible to media ..... government and Judiciary is taking all the blame
