If the assets were truly high valued like some Indians want to claim, then they wouldn't be found in random public areas killed by other randomers

This was either ISI itself cleaning up loose ends, India making a deal with with ISI to have them removed, or India just for the 'books' wanted to have the kills even if it doesn't mean much (A bit like Mossad targeting some ex-Nazis who held no importance after the war)
