i think PCB handelled the crises well..if they were tested during championship by ICC then ICC can impose panalties and WADA...

as its now pakistan's internal matter and boys are not playing international cricket so they can do nothing both ICC and WADA.....

.
Yes they are not playing at the moment but if you note this passage in the article.

"Wada is to contest the decision on the basis that the International Cricket Council is a signatory to the anti-doping code and Pakistan, as one of its full members, should therefore be subject to its provisions.

"The two players tested positive. They have not even asked for the B samples to be analysed, so they accept the result [of the initial tests] and the Pakistan Cricket Board simply did not apply the code," said Pound. "

The ICC can apply the code to these players by not allowing them to play.

.
ICC can not apply the code just becausee they aree not playing international cricket and ICC can only ban playing crickters....and ICC is the signatory of WADA not pakistan so the WADA rules applies only when they will play under icc....

pakistan have doping rules before WADA formed and they applies on players playing in pakistan

Yes, but the arguement is that the ICC is a signatory to the WADA rules. So Pakistan as a member of the ICC will be subject to the same rule.
And since most of the major tournaments and games are under ICC control this would rule out the two players for Pakistan.

the rules will apply when they will play cricket...now they are not playing cricket so rules of icc are not effective

The ICC would not want to mess with Pakistan over this issue.

Heck all the evidence they'd use is what we PROVIDE to them.

We can just simply omit anything incriminating at all.

I don't support cheating, but its an internal matter and if ICC pushes it, we can play dirty too.

Dude that works in theory. But I believe that the PAK team has more to lose than the rest of the ICC. So they might find themselves out in the cold, so to speak. The ICC got rid of Hair because several teams had issues with him. In this however they will be alone. If PAK plays "dirty" as you say, then they could find themselves banned from international games.

pcb will nott cheat..d.naseem says they will answer if icc ask for the decission. and asf and akhtar now included in the side. Rest depends on their fitness. pcb have no objection.

i think pcb should conduct another test before including both into the team

told these guys not to walk around GNC without doctor consultation...
