Ex CIA Officer talks about ISI

. . . .
.
 Who's this clown?

An American saying that Pakistan is a better ally than Israel! :omghaha: Seriously? :woot: This fellow has completely lost it!

But I agree that the ISI like any other spy agency, would do what it needs to do for the country's national interest rather than America's in Afghanistan. Or they're not worth their salt!

what's not to agree? Pakistan has done More for USA than it has done for Pakistan.. Army included

hard to swallow isn't it? he has actually worked with the ISI and knows what he talking about

he is strong critic of Israel which in opinion has made America , most hated country among Muslims due to the American failed policy specially the middle east that has hurt it the most.

he is just talking as a matter of fact. he was head of Bin Laden unit and a professor and commentator after his service in CIA.. his speech at the senate select committee might hurt you even more. he is a proponent of non intervention of AMerica and stop being a world police.. thats all. put America first and stop playing at the hands of Saudis and Israelis :)

An American saying that Pakistan is a better ally than Israel! :omghaha: Seriously? :woot: This fellow has completely lost it!

His credentials are MUCH stronger than your post and he's served the country well, a true patriot who's put his life at risk for years for his country. So don't disrespect a professionals opinion because you happen to be from India and you guys have a genetic issue in hating Pakistan.
He wasn't trying to say that the Israel is not the strongest ally. You are trying to play stupid to misuse his message by being biased towards Pakistan. His message (and I agree) is that there is no other country who's gone as far as having a civil war inside her borders to protect the US interests. Something (just like he said) lacks from an understanding's standpoint in the US.

Remind me when was the last time the UK or Israel or Canada or Japan decided to get into something for the United States interests which resulted in 40,000 of their soldiers dead and bomb blasts inside their country paralyzing economic and daily activity across half the country for over a decade? NO ONE would go that far. That is a fact, it doesn't mean that UK or Japan or Israel aren't as great of allies, it's just a matter of their own national interests which at times will overwrite their individual relationship with another country. I commend Pakistan for helping the US.

When "do more" is said, you have to realize, there are political and military objectives behind it. But I think everyone knowing the situation appreciates the sacrifice that Pakistani forces have made and the economic turbulence it is going through. In a way, it is good for Pakistan's future as the current military operation will get rid of majority of the terrorist mess that exists in the Northern parts of Pakistan. Once that all finishes up, more internal controls will be put in place to stop religious radicalization by different groups, and then Pakistan's internal security's situation should get better, causing a massive investment and economic boom. Peace and Stability are the KEY focus areas to grow any country's economy and Pakistan is about to jump on the fast track for it.

shutting up is something any self respecting Indian wont do if there is even a hint of Pakistani favor from a third party specially Americans. this guy has worked with the ISI and in one of his other interviews defended ISI as a professional organisation an American ally that has done so much for Americans so he is speaking from experience.

he bitch slaps chronic ISI and Pakistan army haters by saying that ISI and Pakistan army will always put Pakistan first and dont expect them to do our dirty war for us and he further busts the balls of the haters by saying no country in the world has done more than Pakistan. I dont think even Pakistan civilian or military leadership would have advocated Pakistan that well as he has done.

he is an exceptional speaker and very articulate. he predicted the Iraqi disaster few years back and his latest interview was exactly on that the more mistake Americans doing .
I think what he said in favor of ISI and Pakistan and previously about General Musharraf is not acceptable for any MODIfied Indian

He is a patriot
he puts America first
he advocated nonintervention
while criticizing American foreign policy and its supposed allies he never pulls any punches.
he defends his organization and he says that no one in the middle east or the rest of the world is worth a single American life. he busted Bill Mahr's balls by saying not even Israel.
