Excellent Speech as it shows the inner workings of US State Department ( Foreign Ministry ).
Most Pakistani people don't understand this Dichotomy built in the US Govt. where two opposing camps argue out proposed actions and there is this tussle that goes on.
Also, many decisions are made to accommodate Public Pressures in the US just as they are in Pakistan.
On the whole I agree with the Ambassador on many of his comments.
