Often threads have an underlying competition, but I think even though we are unique and special, we can also all be winners at the same time.

For example, China & USA can be Emperors! India, Japan, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, etc can be Kings! Pakistan, Koreas, Indonesia, England, France, Germany, Iran, Turkey, KSA, Eqypt, S Africa, Nigeria etc can be Princes. And us smaller nations can be Dukes!

Winner is a relative term. It tells that somewhere someone lost.
Beisde this I do not see any logical reason to put countries in this order. I am not saying because India is placed after USA and China. I am saying you did not back your theory with anything.
