Well, given every thing is same between the two, the sole feature of stealth of F-22 makes it far-ahead of EFT. F-22 is an engineering marvel since attaining the same aerodynamic performance like T/W ratios with a stealthy airframe is remarkable. EFT is a streamlined aerodynamic design which reduces the drag but has much bigger RC while F-22 has to sacrifice some of the curves for the sake of stealth.
