Eurofighter & Learjet Crashed in the Air in Germany

Learjet crashed down after the crash and 2 pilots died... It's bad.. Sure it's good that Eurofighter landed safely but it is really interesting... How did it happen ?..

If he had the time to lock on to the target, and fire a missile. Then he obviously had the time to steer away from the path of collision.
