That's still no reason to breed a large population. If Indian families have an average of 4 members (2 kids) i bet there wouldn't be so much gang rapes in India. Look at Russia with their massive land and you don't see them f*ck like rabbits. In the future the one child policy will be a problem as a large population will get old, no other country is aging as fast as Japan and we all can see that. So China might have to allow families to have 2 kids in the future. But if India keeps up with this kind of pace they will surpass us in population and more rapes are destined to occur.

It's about time that we open our eyes and leave the Cold War of ideologies behind. India has been spared from criticism because it's a "democracy". Regardless how farcical India's "democracy" has been, criticising another "democracy" has been seen like a treason of oneself and this ideological blindness serves nobody well.

We must also come out of world war ideologies as well. Many countries were spared because they were the losers in the WW. Too much sympathy is given to them.
