Indeed,i knew that we had a long standing tradition in our ties with China-we backed each other against the USSR.I closely watched the summit in Bucharest 2 years ago and i'm happy that ties are growing.Let's hope all those projects materialise in the end.

I hope one day Pakistanis realize that, and rather than supporting a former colonizing country like Italy, they support India, who are their neighbours.

It really pains me to see a Asian country supporting a European country against their own neighbours, mostly out of blind hate. Any problems between us should be OUR OWN problem and we should NOT invite others to come over and divide and rule us....

It was setback for powerhouses like Japan and S Korea not to join, however with China's forex reserve standing at $4 trillion while 2014 trade surplus was $382 billion, advanced economies like Hong Kong and Singapore on-board, these are strong backup to AIIB for it to function properly. The addition of UK/DE/FR would be a bonus.

Look at other news, the one about MFN for India by Pak. All the Indian members are happy and thankful to Pak, plus founding of banks together.

Our relation is moving in the right direction. Both here and in real life, where it actually matters.
