Xinjiang provides 15 years free education from kindergarten to high school, schools also provide free school meals and dairy, school kids need more nourishment to grow well, so schools also have snack breaks and students can eat some snacks (mostly bread, eggs and milk) provided by the government.

Those are ethnic Tajik teens enjoy their break and snacks in school.

Those kids can be even counted lucky, many Afghan kids don't have the luxury to go to a school even like this one and have to work day and night to support their families.

Its a genuine one but there is nothing wrong when transporting criminal or offender from one place to another. Blindfolded and handcuff are legal methods used by many enforcers thru out the world which even western countries do that. Fact is this haters want to paint this as some kind of oppression. Are they going to deny there is no Uyghur terrorist or offender?

Western media says China monitors people's every move everywhere, and you say only in Xinjiang, how long have you lived in China and Xinjiang? To be honest I have never been to Pakistan, so I never dare to say with finality of anything about Pakistan, cause that's somewhere I don't know much.
