Austrian foreign minister Kurz said, that Erdogan is not welcome to visit Austria and make his campaign for his referendum there:

The German government did only say that Erdogan has not asked for a visit yet but politicians as well as media say Erdogan isn´t welcome in Germany as well

Its expected that Germany will not allow Erdogan to speak in cologne as well. The federal state of Nordrhein-Westfalen already asked the government to ban the event.
I think thats really interesting to watch.
