Are you only interested in studying in Pakistan? If you diversify and include India as a destination, I can help you better. :)

Well aeronautical engg is a good branch.
Though one of my cousin who joined an Indian engg college for Aeronautical engg felt it was very theoretical so he joined University in US.

I can really not suggest any university in Pakistan as I don't know of any. :)
A lot of guys prefer Mechanical engg like @kurup @Indischer @Dem!god
Then we have chemical enggs like @al-Hasani
Civil engg like @Roybot
@SarthakGanguly -IT, @utraash i guess is into electrical engg.
