I am not in every forum nor every thread. Like I said you can call the moderators when you have problems/ issues. There are international mods for some section and I think there is a Chinese Mod who has a say to this @Deino @Sasquatch

The Chinese Government is putting up 100s of millions of cameras and combined with face recognition they will keep a score on each Chinese citizen.
Walking over a Zebra Crossing, during a red signal - one point.
Speeding with a car - two points.
etc.
Activities on Internet is monitored as well.
As You score more points, the government will restrain the Chinese more and more.
After You score X points, you cannot buy any international, then domestic plane ticket.
Some more points, restrictions on train tickets, ability to book hotel rooms.
Restrictions on where a you can live. Return of passports.
What food you can buy.

That is what calling a tune is all about.
