The thread title is a complete joke. The USA has never had or wanted an "EMPIRE". Therefore its end has always been sight, since it has never existed. What we Americans would like is for rising nations, such as China and India, to take on some responsibility for world security.

They say a flower smells just as sweet whatever name you call it by. In americas case call it what you want its evil and stinks and is an empire as far as I am concerned no matter what your aims were.

Oh and who is going to police terrorist nations like israel?. The world dont need morrolly corrupt and bankrupt countries like america telling us and interfering everywhere under the guise of democracy human rights and their depraved and sick way of life.

If the US has never wanted an empire, then it should withdraw its occupation troops from sovereign and independent nations like Japan, South Korea, Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia.

If the US never wanted an empire, it should return all the land outside the original 13 colonies and the Louisiana Purchase (the only legal parts of the US) to the nations they conquered it from: Mexico, Canada and Indian tribes.

If the US never wanted an empire, it should follow the advice of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, remaining an isolationist, agricultural/resource exporting nation with a small military for self defense only, rather than an oppressive global dictatorship.

If the US never wanted an empire, it should stop funding a vast military that has engaged in offensive warfare more times than the other P-5 combined in the past 50 years.

We may see the US capital being moved to Chicago, especially because Obama and his wall street Jew ally Rahm Israel Emmanual both have their power bases in Chicago, a traditional political machine city. That would increase the national security of the new US, otherwise the current capital would be right next to an international border.

I also forsee that unfortunately, the US would keep the entire nuclear arsenal. The Wall Street regime would never allow regional governments to control the nuclear arsenal just as Moscow took back all the nukes from the former Soviet republics. And just as the Soviets lose Servastopol and their carrier base, Newport News would find itself in the Confederate States. This may force a reopening of the Philadelphia shipyards (which would coincidentally increase US employment).
