I'm pretty sure they are talking about cultural genocide as I have never heard any stories claiming China is randomly grabbing people off streets, lining them up along walls, and machine gunning them.

Where are these stories of daily murder in the Western press? There are stories of people being sent to what China deems "totally voluntary educational training" so they can learn the "Chinese way" of thinking and doing things.

American are busy carrying out racist attack and shooting each other off the street. Suddenly living in geneocide camp or educational center feels safer.

US is one of the very few countries indeed committed genocide on the local population and wiped out their culture, you guys are living on stolen land and now accuses others of so called " cultural genocide" for not keep their old backward and poor standard of living, you guys are the single most shameless bunch on this planet.

The usual story of Chinese extreme hyperbole claiming the West is "definitely out to get them" but when asked for evidence you come up very short.

Don't you think a lot of this could be just paranoia in your heads causing you to see phantoms? Like White Nationalists hiding behind every tree in the world, hundreds of thousands of CIA agents lurking the streets of China inciting trouble, etc.

Even PDF is banned in China..what justification could there be for that? Nobody here is posting state secrets or organizing revolutions. It's just pure paranoia of the unknown.

I bet if there was some kid in some highschool complaining the dress code is too strict there would be news crews from all over the world sticking a microphone in their face trying to get the story.

There is no absolutely no way China gets more world media scrutiny on positive or negative things more than the US.

We are very happy that China has fully embraced the look and feel of successful Western infrastructure instead of its own traditional society and is actively spreading it across the world.

When walking in cities around the world we can see familiar sites and sounds that 70 years ago were just visions people saw in western movies.

It is comforting to know that the world has readily accepted and successfully followed in our steps rather than heavily being influenced by some other's look&feel achievements (like a world full of Mao suits, carrying poles, and Siheyuans) which would seem quite alien and give us the impression that our influence on mankind's direction in the last few hundred years had completely failed.
