Imho, I feel as if this would be good for the forum. It would allow more experienced members to have more serious discussions.
Senior Cafe was supposed to be this, but it's pretty quick/easy to get into that. I think it should either be replaced or this should be added on (or, one should require more messages in order to become a Senior member).
