It's called comparing, again, it's really easy if you try and use that thing in your head. You think Egypt is better off now? Its current situation says otherwise.

I don't really follow Egypt's affairs closely, but can some Egyptian explain what exactly is the difference between Sisi and Mubarak? I certainly don't notice any major difference.

Well both are military dictators who won landslide victories in elections held under their supervision. In the last election Mubarak participated in, he won with almost 90% of the vote (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egyptian_presidential_election,_2005). Sisi if anything is even more popular apparently, he won 97% of the vote :D (http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/04/world/middleeast/egypt-sisi-wins-with-97-percent.html)
