how motorway police did well ? its all about pays and budget equipment and gear . if we just give 10% of military budget to police it will wonder us . do you know a policeman go to duty on his own come back from duty to police station on his own and there is no food arrangements for him on duty . what you expect ? while army drop a guy send him food on time and then bring him back from location to unit . pays are different /medical and allowances are different everything is different .

In Army, everyone is getting full salaries. Govt employees are getting half salaries for now (even doctors), coz of the inflation and economy crisis.

The armys share in budget has been discussed to death..15 to 16 % opposed to wild figures.

One thing is jehad other jehad ul qatal. If ur foj is not ready for jehad ul qatal .. how will the nation underneath it do their day to day jehad.
Noones undermining the sacrifices of civilian workers here but a person who is in a border fortress in say FATA is your first line of defence. If some Mal intent people sneak through they would be causing havoc for all those civilians in first place.
We saw that in quetta and peshawar how people and their work got affected to a point that peshawar airport was closed down and the provincial capital moved to abbottabad.

US military don’t used this color. May be before 2003, but LBV aren’t issued anymore. Load is mounted to plate carrier or the plate vest.

EDA covers a wide array of DoD excess articles. These excess articles could have come from US Army MP stocks or from the other services including USCG who have no need for camouflage LBVs onboard ships and hardened facilities.
