I agree with you! Tunisia and Algeria are concerned parties too as well as Egypt. For the time we kept them at arms length to keep the Tunisian and the Algerian border manageable...When we bombed ISIS, 3 times in past year or two , we hit ISIS only with no civilian casualties, we didn't go after every lybian that was in their area...nobody wants a backlash from a public done wrong..
