Funny, never heard any Egyptology expert say that. Anyway, there was no exodus or Pharaoh and there was no such thing as Jewish slaves.

As a project planner yes + common sense also. In an area which is full of peoples (living and working) this is not suitable road for that. At least three row is more suitable based on next 30 years.

Investors go wherever they can make money.
If they can make money in hell they will invest there
