Well this is question if RSAF and saudi governament is agreed to give us the comming EF-2000 in need, then how much EF-2000 is capable to take Mirage-2000 and SU-30, LCA and new comming multi roles to India either MIG-35 or F-18 super hornet, so how much EF-2000 is capable to take these indians classics?

Please no offence, no war this is only a simple question so please share your comments here and please dont make this thread a war ground.

Eurofighter is known the be second best fighter currently in the market, its also reliable.

The reliableness i would say would depend on how your relations are with the countries of Europe suppose you have good relations with them then there will be 3-4 countries available for you to provide you with spare parts etc, and there you will see some competition, and competition is good for a customor.

On the other side its bad for you if you have bad relations with any of the country who are in the joint-venture of this aircraft.

Well the eurofighter was offered to pakistan twce in the 90s by germany. So maybe they still want to give it us. And like said above, it's a joint-venture project meaning that we'll have to get premission from every country who worked on eurofighter for this plane. Though this would'nt be hard since we are in NATO . But then the most important factor is the price. Sure the eurofighter is the perfect fighter for PAF, but it would really be nice if it was a bit cheaper.

Maybe if the KSA buys alot of them we'll get em in a discount or something

And oh yea, as for your question that if eurofighter can take on IAF planes. Well like said above it's the 2nd best after F/A-22. So yes it will kill any indian fighter in it's way. But it might loose in a dogfight with the MKI since MKI's frame is based on SU-37. The only fighter that can out mounver F/-22 and eurofighter. :wall:
