Why hasn't IK put Pak under lockdown till now?

for obvious reasons of economic repercussion which will cost him votes in the next election and his incompetent team to deal with the situation.

just few days ago heard him whining about ptovinces lockingdown inspite of his suggestion not to and wait for the situation to spike like in italy or iran. The guy is completely clueless how to run the country, a sportsman with zero experience on running a union council and zero attendence which he was famous for in the assembly he got elected in, its obvious, that he will move around like headless chicken.
