I am challenging you, if you can't prove your statement than accept that either you are ignorant or or lying.

Were you cut out from rest of the world last two years? We all know there was a shortage everything mostly because we had a fudged forecasting system to support cartels that misreported levels to export to Afghanistan at higher rates. This misreporting of levels got apparent during the COVID planning and now gov is rectifying.
I got all the below in just 5min from google.

According to figures nothing was wrong, but reality we have been seeing.

Answer to your question on what happened in 2018. I wouldnt call it PMLN it sole fault as it was something that took years to happen by the cartels spread out in all political parties, they were controlling figures to give wrong estimate to governments and profit. But what enhances blame on PMLN is their compliancy that they directly profited from it, allowed it to happen and didnt take action. PTI has Tareen who would have profited and being investigated for it but PMLN has alot more people directly profited from it including the Sharif family. History also shows this fudging of numbers is taken more advantage of during PMLN tenures. Finding the error and making steps so it doesnt happen again is what makes the current gov more credible.

Inshallah next year things will improve, my only hope is opposition stop being anti Pakistan in their aim to create hardships for current government.

At that time in 2017 PASSCO had around 9 million tons of wheat stock, which means 4.5 million surplus stock. So Pakistan had ample room to export 2-2.5 tons wheat.

If that were the case we would not have a wheat crises next year as previous year stocks should have been ample but it wasn't the case.
The wheat and sugar commission reports both state that figures being received by governments are wrong and manipulated. It doesn't take a genius to to see if figures are so much off from average something needs checking and that my friend is why something was dirty.
What ever food calculations made impact is observed the next year. Alhamdullilah now things seem in competent planning as since last year investigated what's wrong with recommendations and next year planning is even accounting for 3m Afghan refugees as well as a better probabilistic population figure for Pak for food security planning. Things might not be ideal but heading that way.
