Experts say engaging your body in strenuous muscle work can help you stay young for long. P.S I just checked the source "Times of India". What a low quality source and this article and title claim of "stop" aging reflects their level of intellect.

On a Univ. research paper on Asian affairs, a student had quoted a citation from an article authored and published by "Times of India". The Professor examined and read the paper, looked up the source and deemed it "unacceptable" in the use of credited University and academic work. He then was kind enough to return the paper and told that student his paper is well written but his source selection was very poor, if not lower than "wikipedia".


I hope you understand now.

Do not eat too much but fruits, avoid fatty foods, and little bit regular exercise. Younger look is confirmed!
