Earth Quake disaster prevention measures in Pakistan

Hi Guys

i was wondering we live in a country where the earthquake fault line passes into the very middle of the country equally dividing it into two halves, it shows how earth quake prone is Pakistan?

cities like Karachi etc are located very near to these fault lines

why dont we have any sort of building codes in order to prevent the major damage during the earth quake?

many countries now make earthquake proof buildings, they have proper exits and the buildings are always designed in a way that the loss of lives can be minimised

why aren't there definite building codes in one of the earth quake prone areas of the world?

why millions of people are left on the chance that allah will protect these millions of people?

why there are no codes, no planning against the disaster

just imagine if tsunami or earth quake hits a densely populated area like karachi how many lives can be lost?

Karachi is the ffth biggest city in the world in terms of population but it has little to no facility available for disaster management

imagine (god forbids) if japan like tsunami or thailand like tsunami inundates this big city, it will one of the worst calamity the world would ever see?

the main disaster plan is for all the big and small ganja, asif and other to catch a chartered flight flight, at govt expense, to dubai, everything else can be daelt with form the safety of their palaces in dubai.......the fat toad is already in vilayat so no worreis there.......
