I don't know what your president Duterte has in mind when he unleashes the actual policy of killing. Nor do I understand why many Philippines and Chinese support the killings, driving your country closer to the state of arnachy. True, it is your domestic issue. Your country your decision. But giving middle finger to one who shows concern because that person has a bad historical record is rediculous to say the least.

How many people are already killed?

How many people will be killed because of drug abuse?

Are the deaths all drug abusers? or maybe some of them were innocents?

The red Kmner once tried to kill all people who were non peasants. The Nazi did to the Jews. The Chinese once did to the land lords and other social evils. The US once did to the communists. The Hindu and Muslims kill each other because of differences in beliefs. here in Germany, the Catholics once massacred the Protestants and vice versa. the Japanese in WWII called chinese as "less than human" to justify the massacre on Chinese populace. all have good excuses to conduct killings on others. I can cite more examples but as said you should think about it.
