and you skipped to answer this most important part and asking impractical thing such as to fight a case in court against hindu marriage act???
That is because you added that part later ...yes one land one rule should be their..so question you should ask is why you are not being allowed polygamy...rather than why Muslims are allowed..that is because the religion you follow does not allow it ..ie Hindu marriage act...if you were to abandon the said religion..then nobody can stop you from it..the only way around it is change the Hindu marriage act.
But the question remains ..are you this daft .that you will abandon your belief for the sake of polygamy?
