There are situations too,,

Imagine if there's true love and the girls dad is sick, needs money and so girl marrys rich guy. Or the girl is forced to abide by dads will and puts the excuse of money, hoping it hurts her bf a lot and he forgets her.

Many other cases. There is no doubt the two had true love though.

I am sure there were more reasons to their break up.We just know the guy's side of the story and I would give the gal benefit of doubt.
This guy definitely sounds lil insane so if the gal ditched him then I would say she was smart.
Money must have been one of the reasons for their break up.
