B. This incident happened in Gurgaon on New Years eve. Gurgaon is in Haryana. This is Haryana Police , not Delhi police

They doesn't seems drunk in video They seems to be professionals in assault and runaway technique. People don't get drunk and then try to sexually assault people in groups. Couple was lucky that police was around.

What difference does it make if it happen 4 years ago? Actually things are gone bad to worse considering brutal sexual assaults in Delhi including the one in which girl died. Video gives clear proof of planned gang assault on a couple and considering the assaults that occurred in recent past in dehli validate that its a real problem. Public Awareness that this video gives is its "Better to be safe then sorry" for people visiting dehli.
