Would only work in good areas, other then that drone would be destroyed stolen or damaged. Then comes feasibility cost benefit which is not much also would need lots of noc from relative authorities.

My suggestion offer drone services for flim, video, vlog , events and site planning.

Also if you are really into drone delivery, workout your services for backpackers travelling tourist foreigner in mountain climbing.

DHA Lahore alone covers 50% of Lahore plus there are many other posh areas in Lahore so I believe this can do well in Lahore as long as the margins are good.

If you really want to spend money on a project you should ( and you have ignored my questions to you on this a few times ) fund your Pakistani written-from-scratch OS project that you had announced on PDF last year. What's the news on that ? This will be more profitable to you and useful to your country ( think governmental, scientific and military application ).

Drone delivery service is indeed a great idea, just not in a country like Pakistan where recipients may be more interested in the drone than their delivery.

However, Drone Transport is another business that you can look at; steep investment though!

Unless you equip your drones with GAU 8 Avengers and make them bullet proof. It won't work. Pakistani people have enough drones flying over their heads as it is.

I sent a DJI drone to my brother as a gift for him and his children and after a week or two it was broken into pieces. Firstly whatever videos he made I could see the drone is not flying high enough. In London we often need license to operate a drone otherwise when you attempt to fly the drone it doesn’t take off… so I obtained a license and experimented before I sent it to him. I was overall happy with the performance and then it went to Pakistan and my brother reported it was hitting the walls and electric cables spread around the streets and despite the fact he knew how to fly the drone it was encountering too many accidents… the last time it’s wings went missing after hitting something and I sent him the replacement ones but he reported it’s not in balance anymore.. the videos shot by the drone were no longer stabilised anymore.

the bottom line is… for big companies it is ok to launch drone business in Pakistan but for an individual you might end up with lots of complaints

You are a little late as it cd be a hell of achievement in COVID pandemic. However, sometimes people hv to send documents from lahore to islamabad, or some medicine available in lahore but not in Okara, so on urgent bases, you can use this type of drone.
