The question is. Would Su-30 be able to do a Cobra maneuver with ground weaponry under its belly.

I donno, might cause the fuselage to break up since the belly would be heavier than the tail during the pull up manoeuvre, basics of gravity.
But I'm not an expert.

It isnt, The aircraft is not standing tall perpenicular to the ground, Air brakes manoever exactly to topgun, I just wrote the heading as it was written in youtube. I have seen the Cobra performed in Aero Indian 07

yes you are right , Yar now a days there are a lot of people putting videos on you tube without knowing what is going on, I saw a mirage firing at a target in SwissAF , and the person who put the video said that an F-18 firing at Talibans. That person was so stupid that there were people standind under a Swiss Flag and clapping at the mirages as they went by , but he wrote what he liked so yes it is not your fault.
