Anyway there is no doubt the Yuan will become international reserves currency it is just a matter of when, and how fast China opens the domestic security markets. Turkey is a different story. The Turks under a Islamist leadership unfortunately act like many failed states in Africa, South America and elsewhere. Little substance under the surface. The article does not say that. That would be a major thing,should the US ban the Turkey from Swift because Turkey would share the same position as Iran. As enemy. Ousting Turkey from the NATO would follow.

My mistake, probably skimmed articles too quickly without reading properly. But EU needs to bypass SWIFT to salvage the deal with Iran.

Indonesia does not need to worry for the time being. The United States will only attack the countries with economic rise, first Japan (Plaza Agreement)in 1987, then Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong of China in 1997 Financial cricis, and now China.

Export to US is good? You need to know that US is buying your goods with printed money. Real goods for paper money. This cannot go on forever, like he said a "fiction that has been maintain".

Iran can accept Euro and Yuan from EU and China for oil sales but I am willing to bet,the US will try everything to torpedo here and there to bring Iran to the knee. The US dominance in financial sector is overwhelming.

If China insists on trading in yuan with her trading partners in Asia, Africa and Europe this will make that possible within the next five years. China should give special attention to india in this regard.
