A former Texas doctor who raped a heavily sedated patient won't serve prison time after he was found guilty of the crime Thursday.

Shafeeq Sheikh, a former Baylor College of Medicine physician, was sentenced to 10 years' probation Friday, and he must now register as a sex offender.

It has been said that the sex was mutually consensual. The story was weak itself. How could the woman let herself be “raped” without calling for help? How does she clearly remember the “rape” while being “heavily sedated”?

Remember that he’s a DOCTOR, he knows and has access to almost every drug. If he really wanted to rape her, he would’ve used all the tools in his belt to ensure no one ever would’ve known. Also, even cleaning her up spotless to remove all of the evidence. But that’s not the case. He didn’t rape her
