Dude, Russia makes space ships, one of the best fighters in the world yet their new commercial plane crashed. Accidents happen and no matter how vigilante you are such things can't be stopped or avoided. There should be thorough investigation but why are you bringing missiles in this thread.

If there was an emergemcy exit on the other side of the bogey? That shoulnt have cost much but had saved lives,and doesnt take 1% of technology required to build a rocket..

You cant say that . Still investigation is going on . It might not be an accident . You cant expect every to sleep and die there itself when flames were spreading that ended up killing dozens of people . Every thing happened in 5 minutes and people died because of smoke (traces found in lungs), later the corpses were burnt severely in fire . How much time do you think it will take to run from one end to other end ? More over Chains in S11,S10,S9 and S8 didnt work . You know the condition of emergency window .
