Understand hindi, yes. Yes for speaking hindi(broken) but nobody talks to each other in hindi in bangladesh



On the bright side, it does not have the dramatic faces like in hindi drama

Nobody uses hindi while talking to each other in India too. (except hindi speaking people)
Agree about hindi serials, lol.

Even Indian Bengalis are crazy about saas-bahu serials.

Correction: Not Indian Drama but Hindi Drama.

Anyways when there are 200-300 channels competing for your attention, why you want to see the dramas.

You can receive BD FTA channels in India with out too much efforts. Select statlite from list ( you can get from web site like lyngsat) pick right disch, LNB and digital sat receiver ..tune and you are all set. ....

I always wished I had two TV sets at home. Wherever you go home or meet uncle-aunt, people always seems crazy about saas-bahu, kind of torture.

Anyways I heard a joke about the serial industry that every actor has to submit his passport size photo to the studio.....so that when he/she ask for more pay or have a squabble with the studio, he/she can be 'killed' off with ease. All the studio has to do is to enlarge the passport size photo, put a garland around it and tell that the character died in a terrible 'car accident'.

this is whats going to happen, indian man gets in car accident and dies, family is depressed for about 2 episodes,then that same guy has a twin and is evil... that twin goes into the rich indian family to steal wealth but instead he magically gets his yaadaash back

Pls don't mix Indian serials & Hindi serials. The serials made in my state are some what sane and have believable plot lines..mainly bcs our budget is less. I have seen a direct proportion b/n budget & drama...the more the budget, the more the drama. When national film awards are announced, its mainly regional films made on shoe string budget that takes the cake.Bollywood is no where to be seen..something Bollywood people should seriously look into.
