Dostum and his Men Waiting for Permission to Enter Uzbekstan

When the Russians crossed that bridge, the Americans gave them a toast. Would you say another toast is in order?

Man Russian took their revenge silently.. they were one of force behind Taliban. Man usa make soviet bleed how Russian can miss this golden opportunity of taking revenge from usa

.
he ran away alive which mean civil war is inevitable as long he is alive show will keep going on, taliban have missed a chance to close the chapter once and for all

.
He knows what's coming for him, so he made the right decision to run away but for how long?

Dostum was responsible for the most brutal war crimes by the NA. He was a driving force behind turning the Mehsud tribe against Pakistan and creating the TTP.

If Dostum, is caught he will not get a deal like Ismial Khan. He will get the blood eagle....or the Pashtun equivalent.

Guess calling Putin a Thug/Murderer wasn’t the best choice.
It was not s much the crude toast. It was what he said afterwards "we'll see".

Yeah, that’s the thing with Afghanistan, only they know their internal dynamics, so best for no one to invade them ever again. Best to keep out militarily and have deals with them economically and diplomatically, which goes for Pakistan as well.

An incredible image showing the Northern Alliance at the Kabul Museum in 1995.
